Marketing & Communitcations Manager
We require an exceptional individual for this challenging yet rewarding position. It will require an individual who has highly developed influencing skills; a strong determination to succeed coupled with a hands on approach.The role offers a wide and challenging remit, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the Explorer Group's marketing and communication activity through the development of an integrated 'through the line' marketing strategy.
You must have a clear understanding of how marketing influences the sales process and customer journey, knowledge of commercial print processes (application and pricing), strong copy writing skills, broad understanding of media platforms and their appropriateness for each marketing application and have excellent commercial skills.
The ideal candidate will need to be innovative and creative as well as a methodical and structured thinker , an excellent communicator; commercially astute and preferably educated to degree level in Marketing or similar. However equally important is a proven track record of delivery at management level.
